Pet care experience
I’ve always been an animal person from a very young age. I have taken my own dog to puppy kindergarten classes and watched as many YouTube videos as possible to learn the best ways to train and take care of dogs. I make my dog’s food and find pet sitting a really good way to continue socializing her.

Genesia is an amazing dog sitter! She really put my mind at ease while I was away on vacation for three days. She sent me updates every day with pictures and even video so I could see how happy my dog was, and that she really was. She really enjoyed her stay at Genesia and became really good friends with her dog Mana. I will continue to use her as long as I live here. I highly recommend her if you need someone to look after your dog.

I live with a small 3 year old female shih tzu mix dog named Mana in an apartment with no yard but close by Old Stadium Park where I like to take her on walks. Since I live in an apartment building, I prefer to watch quieter dogs out of respect for my neighbors but I’ve yet to ever have a noise complaint even when dogs under my care have been more vocal.

A typical day
I can take your dog to the Old Stadium Park that is about a 10 minute walk away from where I live. I can also create fun brain games and spend time training your dog indoors if you prefer. I would make sure your dog can warm up to my small, shy dog.

My boyfriend and I take care of our pet sitting gigs. I work from home on Fridays and he doesn’t work on Mondays so we can keep a constant eye on your pet Friday through Monday. I also have a kennel with a bed and water bowl inside to keep your pet safe and pet cameras to watch your pet if we have to leave. We take our own dog on a walk to our neighborhood park every day around 5:30 pm so it’s cool enough for our dog to enjoy.
