Pet care experience
I have been boarding and walking dogs up to 30 lbs. for the last 4 years, with huge demand during COVID. I make sure that I take care of dog’s physical, emotional and mental well-being by getting to know what they like, what they fear and what they dislike so that they are all-around at ease when they are with me. I only board one dog at a time :) but can walk or drop-in more than one.

Gena was a wonderful host! Stanley felt right at home, and Gena was sweet to share regular updates with photos to make sure I knew things were going well! Would definitely want Stanley to stay with Gena again!

I will let your dog relax on the couch and sleep on my bed if that’s what they are used to because dogs deserve the best care and all the love! I have a 3 year old, 11 lb. chiweenie that is calm and well behaved and also enjoys the couches and bed. I keep my condo clean at all times and things are never within reach for them to accidentally ingest. I have Adaptil plug-ins and I’ll play relaxing videos so they can feel at ease when they first get here and so they miss you the least amount possible while you are gone! We can go down one flight of stairs to the trails in the back of the community to walk them and take them for potty breaks as needed. The community is very peaceful and there may be other residents walking their dogs but the majority of the time, we have the little trail all to ourselves. I’ll take similar measures for boarding as I do for walking with their all-around well-being.

A typical day
I have many dog puzzles to feed your dog so they can stay stimulated. I have a little trail on the back of the community where we can go take a walk every 4 hours or so. I also have direct access to a trail that leads to Phil Hardberger park so we can take a 15 min. walk there. I’ll be happy to take your dog and mine to the park once I get to know your dog to make sure I keep him/her safe.

I am currently working part-time and my schedule varies. If we plan, I can most likely be available when you need me - during the week and weekends.
