Pet care experience
I grew up with a lot of pets and have always been an animal lover. I cared for the pets of friends, family, and others for as long as I can remember. I took my love for animals professionally and worked as a dog handler for a highly trained NESDCA certified scent detection dog. I traveled the country with my working dogs and learned a lot more about dog behavior, training, and general care. Following that I managed at a doggy care where I would oversee playrooms with as many as 30 dogs at a time. In that role, I made sure safety was the number one priority and treated every dog as if they were my own. I am comfortable working with all breeds, sizes, temperaments, and any special needs or disability. I have been around and working with animals my entire life and you’ll have peace of mind knowing they are in good hands with me.

Wow, where do I even begin? Geena was absolutely incredible! She was always on time, treating our furry friend with so much love and care. Her kindness and respect towards our dog & home made us feel at ease while we were away. We couldn't have asked for a better pet sitter. Highly recommended!
Geena accommodated our quick need for a sitter and cared greatly for our pups! She even sent updates throughout our vacation away from them. We couldn’t be more satisfied with her watching our pups!

Anything you think I should know or would want to tell me about your pet is useful and appreciated. Of course it’s important to know the basics such as breed, age, temperament, and history. If a dog doesn’t get along with other dogs or has certain triggers I think that is important as well. If there are any illnesses, injuries, or allergies and if they’re on medication and how it’s administered. I always like to know a dogs routine. What do they like? What don’t they like? What’s their feeding schedule and typical day look like?
A typical day
I will spend all my time getting to know and bond with your pet as if it was my own. I talk to them all day, play with toys, and maybe even practice a few tricks! Every dog is different so depending on the individual needs we could go to the dog park, take long walks, or just chill on the couch, cuddle and watch Netflix all day. With the permission of the pet parent I will let any animal sucker me into endless treats and attention.

I am a full time pet sitter and that takes up most of my days. My schedule varies depending on bookings but is very flexible and I am usually able to accommodate.
