I grew up on a farm in Maryland, and volunteered at a zoo where I constantly was surrounded by animals, caring for all types of animals ranging from stray cats to baby lions. I have had many pets in my life, the latest being 2 big golden retrievers and a cat. After their passing, I have decided to wait to get another pet for myself given my current enrollment in college; in the meantime I want to look after other people's pets. I love animals, and I veiw myself to be responsible and caring. I can handle large dogs and I am caring towards small dogs. My golden had cancer for months leading up to his passing, so I have experience with special needs for any given pet. My home is very spacious, and it is only occupied by me and my roommate. I look forward to meeting our furry friends!
