Pet care experience
I have had at least one dog in the house since the age of seven and would always enjoy walking, feeding, and playing with my neighbors dogs throughout my child hood. I have also started to foster dogs now that I am in college.

Garrett's love for all animals, and theirs for him, is a gift, as was his determination to bring them into our family. :) He has grown up loving and caring for dogs, cats, and even a bearded dragon…until he realized “Lizzy” would have more freedom and a better habitat in a zoo. And he found a zoo to adopt her! Garrett would go out in snowstorms to feed the deer during frigid and snowy Michigan winters. I have always called him the “animal whisperer,” as all animals are drawn to him - and he to them… I can say undoubtedly that any pets that Garrett cares for will be loved and well-taken care of, and both Garrett and the animals will be blessed being together!
Garrett watched my 150 lb. yellow lab named Cooper for an extended period of two weeks. He did a great job getting him fed on time and walking him every day for the right amount! Because of the long stay, he even offered to pick up the poop in the backyard and straightened up cooper's toys around the house before we got home from vacation. Garrett was a very trustworthy guy to have around our house and I am glad that we now have a trusty dog walker and sitter that we can always use when needed and on short notice.
Garrett is a good animal person and loves spending time with them. Garrett used to dog sit for me when I had class and would always make sure my puppy was happy and content. He is a great person to take care of your dog and will love doing it!
