I recently adopted a cat so can now only take on dogs overnight that are okay staying with a cat. Yoshi the cat is great friends with a regular puppy I look after so he's comfortable with dogs, but wouldn't want to risk him being overnight with a dog that doesn't have experience with cats. Happy to house sit if dog boarding doesn't work :) I have always had dogs growing up and look after my Mum’s dogs regularly. I can’t yet commit to a dog of my own but love to dog sit when I can. I have the flexibility of working from home so can fit in dog walking on weekdays. Living on the edge of Okehampton there are lots of amazing walks straight from the house without having to get in the car. I work for Sport England and was a rugby player for Exeter Chiefs Women, now playing locally at Okehampton RFC. I’m very sporty so love any excuse for extra exercise like dog walking! I l have a garden and good sized living space. I can walk out the back of the garden and be on Dartmoor within minutes or down into Simmons Park which is a popular dog walking spot. I also have a car with a good size boot and love to get out in the further afield for walks too. I recently got a cat who tends to either be brave and becomes friends or steers clear depending on the dog! Please get in touch if you would like me to give your dog some great TLC and exercise!
