Gale took great care of our Luna for a few hours!

Gale and her husband were very friendly and polite. Updates and photos of my pets were only given after requesting them. There were no updates without a request. I'm VERY concerned about the safety of any pet that stays here. The backyard looked like it hadn't been mowed this year. I have 2 pugs who by breed are very short. The weeds/grass were much taller than my dogs. If the weeds/grass weren't mowed I'm sure no dog poop was picked up. There were bed sheets covering every window of the home. There were bricks missing and there was a large hole in the foundation and they had a big piece of sheet metal up against the hole that partially blocked the hole. The laundry room where they were I dropped off my pugs was incredibly messy and dirty. I was extremely concerned about dropping them off. I did not have any other options at this point as I had to go straight to the airport. If you are considering having your pets boarded here I STRONGLY suggest you stop by and ask to see the inside of the home before you make any decision.
