I grew up in a home with multiple pets, including dogs, cats, fish, turtles, hamsters, salamanders. We took in many strays and collected tadpoles and other critters from the local ponds and woods and brought them home and made nice homes for them. We usually had several dogs, cats and other pets at the same time. I live in a large house with a large fenced-in yard and a nice woody perimeter. There are beaches nearby and parks for nice walks. I raised 2 children and we had many pets over the years and I have watched my siblings' and friends pets many times while they have been away, both in my home and in theirs. I have 4 granchildren who live locally and visit often. They love animals and would make great playmates for your pets!
