Reviews
My old man stayed with her a second time and he was so spoiled once again! He absolutely adores her, which means I actually enjoy my trips. I never have relaxed when away from my dogs. It is totally a doggy vacation with her.
Gail is amazing!! She is so sweet, and we immediately knew our little Millie was in great hands! She has ramps and fun chairs for the pups to sit on in her house, which is adorable and so considerate! We would definitely recommend!! She went out of her way to help us feel comfortable and provide pictures, videos, and updates! Will definitely be booking with her again!!
Gail did a wonderful job with our baby, Max! Max has several medications that he needs administered throughout the day, and Gail was wonderful in understanding and accommodating his needs. She sent photos and videos every day to keep us up to date on his stay, and took him for several outings in a stroller since he had activity level constraints. Max was clearly very comfortable and cared for throughout his whole stay. Would definitely recommend Gail to watch your baby while you’re away!
Amazing! I was so nervous to leave my babies. Gail is clearly very committed to the dogs, ensuring baby gates are up so no sneaking out, mats around the house to protect from slipping, dog stairs to all the furniture, beds and toys throughout, inviting dogs to sleep in her bed with her, etc. More importantly, she was with them constantly giving love and attention. They walked so much and watched ducks in the pond. I received videos and pictures almost every hour, which is exactly what I wanted. There is no doubt my babies got tons of love and attention. Mine are spoiled and need snuggles and her pictures showed my content babies getting tons of walks and snuggles. One of mine requires a complicated med schedule and she didn’t hesitate at all to take that on. I could not have found a more perfect dog sitter. I found my person!! Thank you Gail!

My condo grounds are a wonderland for dogs, with winding paths, hundreds of trees for sniffing, interesting views from every window, and a tight-knit community of mostly retired, animal loving people. I used to take only 1 dog at a time, but after thoroughly enjoying taking care of 2 sibling dogs recently, I’ve decided to take 2 dogs at a time, as long as 1 of the dogs is previously known to me. It’s working out well; the dogs love it and the pet parents are happy because it increases my availability. My HOA mandates & closely monitors the maximum 2 dog per home rule so there can be no exceptions. Therefore, if you have 2 dogs, please book early to avoid disappointment. My focus is on providing care for just 2 compatible dogs, as opposed to filling my calendar, so please plan on a meet and greet prior to booking. 8am is earliest drop-off time and the latest available pick-up time is 7pm, per agreement with my neighbors so that we can maintain a nice, quiet community. Easy drop-off/pick-up: Just pull up and I will take/return your dog to your car.

Information Gail M. would like to know about your pet
At the Meet & Greet, I‘ll take notes on habits, feeding, allowable activities, i.e. accompanying me on shopping trips (on foot or in the doggie stroller), dining out, and allowable interaction with trusted doggie neighbors. For pet parents who don’t want interaction with other dogs, my wonderful neighbors are very understanding & respectful.
A typical day
Each stay begins with a walk through the grounds. After that your pet is oriented to the “fun” spots in the condo (window seats, balcony) and use of pet stairs, if needed. The next morning, an exciting walk through our beautiful landscaping full of interesting sights & fragrances dogs love.

Availability
Having previously served in the often heartbreaking role of dog foster mom, volunteering at the Seal Beach shelter, and having spent countless hours in meetings as a former medical management professional, Rover pet sitting is now a wonderful hobby that keeps me active & involved in caring for dogs. I’m very focused on the health & safety of your pet….and myself: . reverse osmosis drinking water . no perfumes, candles, smoke . hepa/carbon filter air cleaner . 3 sets of pet stairs for seniors . gate at the front door that doesn’t open until the door is closed (any dog can be an escape artist due to their curious nature) . thick gym mats down during every booking for the comfort of seniors and/or, so that your dog can jump, run, and make hairpin turns 😃 during play
