I've owned dogs all my life and have been pet sitting for friends and family for several years. I love animals more than people and provide compassionate and excellent care to the animals under my watch. I am punctual, flexible and willing to help out however I can. I met Gage through a neighbor of mine. She said she heard he was a dog sitter. There are times when I need one because I don't want to board my dog. I got his number and asked if he could meet me and my dog. We met and we hit it off very well. Gage and my dog Gucci played and she seemed happy with him. While I was away he did a great job feeding her, walking her and taking excellent care of her. I definitely will use him more often. I was very pleased with him.
Gage ranks easily among my most reliable friends, so asking him to take care of Diana when we went on vacation for two weeks was a no-brainer. We came home from that trip to a very happy cat, who gets visibly excited when Gage comes over to hang out!
Gage was very helpful when it came to watching my French Bulldog, Crosby, over a weekend a few months ago. He made sure to keep him fed and to play with him every now and then to stay active. I was told that he even let Crosby sleep on his bed at night, which made me happy to hear since he loves being around people. It almost seemed like he didn't want to leave when I came to pick him up. As a dog owner himself, Gage is very dependable and I would trust him with my dog any day of the week.
Oh yes, well back in May I went out of town for a get together of my college friends and I asked Gage to watch my dog, Goldie. I left instructions for him as to how much to feed her, what her bathroom schedule looks like and what she likes and doesn't like when it comes to play time, and the whole time I was out of town I didn't hear any complaints out of him when I called to check in. I did, however, have to coach him through the house so he could find where we keep her dog food, but aside from that there seemed to be no complications. And to top it off, when I got back and Gage took off, Goldie just stood by the door because she didn't want him to go.
