Hi pet parents, thanks for checking out my profile! I'm a finance professional living and working in Chicago since 2014. I grew up with a miniature schnauzer in the house who competed with me daily for my father's affection...and after 14 years of tough love, I still love dogs! The last 5 years I’ve had the privilege of being a dog mom to my fiancé’s Thai Ridgeback, who became my best bud and WFH coworker. He recently passed unexpectedly and while our hearts are heavy, I would love to be able to share my time and love with your furry besties. I live in a pet friendly condo building, a quick walk to to Mary Bartelme Park or Skinner Park. I love going for long walks, giving behind the ear scratches and belly rubs. I have experience with eye and ear drops, as well as providing medication orally or through injections. I would love to get to know your dog(s) and give them the love and attention they deserve in your absence! You can definitely trust me to take great care of your pet and send you all the photos of our activities. Hope to hear from you soon!

Gaby was very attentive, patient, and sweet with my senior pup. She changed his diaper and cleaned up after him. When I returned the next day he was calm and content.

I’m happy to follow whatever rules you put in place whether at my home or yours. At my home, your pet is able to roam freely, hop on the couch, explore my balcony and sleep on the floor, my bed, their bed, or a crate (if you provide one and that’s your preference). You dog will have access to plenty of fresh water and potty breaks as needed.

I would like to know how your dog gets along with others (both people and dogs), personality traits, excercise needs / energy level and anything else that's important to you. I will gladly look at all your dog pictures and let you know how cute your dog is...free of charge!
A typical day
I'm a big fan of being outside when the weather cooperates and will happily take your furry friend out for a nice, long walk. If they're social with other dogs, then the dog park is always an option! I'm flexible and happy to accommodate the exercise / energy needs of your pet! If they’re more of a chill, snuggler then my couch is open for them to snooze.

Availability
I work from home 4-5 days a week and have flexibility in my schedule for drop in visits and walks. If your pet is staying with me, I can tailor my schedule to their needs 3-4 walks per day and feeding at their normal times.
