Pet care experience
I have grown up with a lovely sausage dog called Fredek. Fredek was a needy little one who loved to run away, so now I think all dogs who don't are little angels. I walked Fredek as a kid, fed him and played with him. More recently, for the past year I've been looking after neighbours' dogs, including day boarding, walking and holiday stays. I also lived with a cat for over a year - she wasn't mine, but I was her chosen person (she slept in my bed and hang out with me during the day), and I looked after her when my flatmate would go on holiday. I am a freelance writer and career coach, so I make up my own schedule. I am therefore available throughout the weekdays to drop in on your dog or cat, or walk your dog. I always follow your rules - I believe that the pet parent knows best. When I'm with your pet, they will get all the attention, any meals you've set out for them at the agreed time, etc.
Reviews
Gaby and OJ are brilliant. Ziggy loves going there. You can feel the love between them all!! I know Ziggy is in excellent care and I’m very happy to have found them. 😊
So pleased with Ted’s first week with Gaby & OJ! I love the pictures. It’s great to see him looking so content with his new human & doggy friends ☺️?
Gaby has walked Daphne a few times now and it feels good knowing that she will be safe under Gaby’s care. We trust her completely to give Daphne all the love and attention she needs while we’re busy. Thank you Gaby and OJ for looking after our puppy Rottweiler.
Alan loved staying with Gaby so much so that when I came to pick him up he was a little confused to come home with me. Would highly recommend!

We live in a flat with a balcony (which is temporarily not accessible due to cladding works). The balcony is accessible to dogs in the warmer months - it has a glass balustrade, so even the tiniest of tiny fur babies can't fall off. I only walk dogs on a leash, unless in a fenced dog park. Please note that while I take only one dog at a time for boarding, I will at the same time have dogs over for daycare. If you are looking for a sitter who will only be looking after your pet, I am not the right choice.

Information Gaby G. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know about any special needs the dog has, how it behaves around other dogs, whether it’s off-leash, and if there are any things it's afraid off.
A typical day
I like to take dogs either for a leisurely stroll by the Thames (culminating in a park visit), or to a nearby field, where there is more space to run around (I like to run around with them). I also offer loads of pets and smooches, treats (as directed by you), and some down time to let them rest. What we do depends on the dogs preferences - we can play fetch, meet up with other dogs in the area for some socialising, or take loads of breaks if that’s what they need. I find that some smaller dogs like to simply snooze in my lap while I'm working.

Availability
I am a self-employed career coach, and therefore my schedule is flexible. If your pet is small, they are welcome in my lap as I work. I also take regular breaks to play and cuddle with your pet. Please note that I do not accept drop offs before 7:30am (if you need to drop off your dog earlier than that, they will need to stay overnight). If your pet is staying with us for daycare for more than 12h, an additional rate of £5 will apply. Pick ups/drop offs are only available if you are based within a 10 minute walk from the Woolwich Arsenal station, and cost £5 extra per day.
