Pet care experience
I've been taking care of dogs ever since I was 15 years old. Friends and family have relied on me to take care of their dogs when they go on vacation and even when they have to work longer hours and they know their furry friend needs some company. I've also helped out with taking their pets to the vet when they are not feeling well and they can not miss work. I have had the pleasure of making new fur friends every chance I get. Aside from taking care of family friends I myself had a dog who just recently passed away that I had for 16 years. She was my soul dog and I had the privilege of taking extra good care of her until her final days. She had dementia, was incontinent, she lost her hearing and became blind about 2 years before she passed. I cherish every moment I was able to spend with her and for that I am eternally grateful. I am hoping I can be there for your furry animal at whatever age they are because they are not just pets. They are family :)

Gaby did a great job/house sitting during my 2 day trip. I have 3 dogs, one of whom is pretty active. They all loved her, even the shy one. She is a very warm and friendly person and put me at ease. Gaby was great at communicating which I appreciated. When I got home, all was in order. I would definitely call on her again in the future.
Gabby is so wonderful with our fur-baby. Peyton is so excited when she comes for a drop-in, walk or to house-sit. We are so lucky to have found her

I am more than happy to play with your pets in your home and be able to take them out for walks. My main goal is always safety and comfortability so I would love to hear about the different fun things your pet likes to do as well as the do's and don'ts :) I am here to help everyone feel safe and secure so I would greatly appreciate honesty and transparency and I promise the same in return. I can't wait to meet my new buddies!

I like to know their likes and dislikes. It’s very important to me that animals feel comfortable because we do spend a lot of one on one time and I like to make sure for safety reasons that they can help me keep them safe when going out on walks or just making sure I’m able to know what to look out for. I also like to know how they are around other dogs so I can know what to expect when taking them out :)
A typical day
I like taking dogs for long walks as well as play with them with their toys. Mental enrichment is very important to me as well so I try to make sure I ask families what different things they’ve tried to make sure I can keep up the same enrichment for them :)

Availability
For the last seven years or so I have been taking care of my dad who has severe dementia. I've recently been able to get some help with his care so I now have free time on my hands and while I look for a part time job I am available to hang out with your pets day or night :)
