Back in NYC after I moved to St. Louis in July 2019 after living and working in NYC for the last 5 years, in sales (where I also worked with Rover for 5 months). I have a 1.5 year old Boxer of my own, Dougie! I am originally from Upstate, NY, and grew up raising three beautiful Boxer dogs. Since I was in High School, I have dog / cat sat for many different families and friends in my hometown, at college, and in New York (Manhattan and Brooklyn). I love dogs and miss spending time with my childhood and family dogs back home with my parents. I make my own work schedule, and work from home. Most importantly, I will provide a happy, comfortable, playful, and cuddly time with your dog. I am on Rover because a friend suggested I get it since I want more time with dogs and playtime for my pup and a little extra saving money!

Gab is super attentive and affectionate. Your pup will love joining her for trips to off-leash or just a stroll around the neighborhood. She really takes the time to get to know your pup's routine. Replies quickly & sends lots of updates and photos - Gab is the best!
Gabrielle was terrific on a 2 night overnight stay with Frida! Took great care of her, stayed in touch with pics, and left the apt nice and tidy! Totally trustworthy, caring, and responsible!
Gabrielle was sooo great with Frida! Took her to her favorite park, used good judgement by keeping an afternoon walk short on a really cold day, fed her according to all my instructions, and stayed in touch the whole time with pics. You can definitely trust her to be responsible and caring with your dog!
Gabrielle watched my dog, Teddy, for a full day and I was so happy with how it went I will definitely be using her again in the future. Gabrielle was so warm from the start, sent me photos and updates throughout the day, and really seemed to enjoy Teddy. She also knew how to handle his little idiosyncrasies and didn't seem bothered by any of them (too much barking, for one!). I highly recommend Gabrielle for anyone looking for a dog sitter on Rover.

I do not have breed preferences. I myself have only owned Boxers, but I have taken care of the following breeds: Corgi, Golden Retriever, Lab, French Bulldog, Alaskan Klee Klai, Pitbull, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Mutts, German Shepard, Boxer. I would like to know if they need any particular care for food times, medications, bedtime etc. What their typical day looks like, how much time they typically spend outside, can go between potty breaks.
A typical day
I not only live by several parks (Maria Hernandez, McCarren, Saratoga), but I have a car, so I can easily bring us to other nearby parks (prospect park, etc).
