Pet care experience
Animals are a very important part of how I grew up. I've had dogs all my life; and have worked a lot specifically with rescue animals. My stepmom and I are very passionate about animal rescue, and we both used to volunteer at the spca in Northern Virginia, and I've also helped coordinate "dog therapy" visits on campus. I also really love cats, and have had three wonderful additions to my life, that have been so full of character and love. I’ve always wanted to have my own dog, and where I’m not yet at the point where I can own a puppy, I would love to help you out with yours! Dog walks are my favorite, only second to their kisses. Gabrielle was great with my dog Piper who can be a handful because of separation anxiety. She sent regular updates and multiple pictures. She was easy to get in touch with, great at communicating and showed compassion and love to my babies while I was gone. I’m so glad I found her because having someone like her to care for my little loves makes taking a trip much less stressful.
Gabi is one of the kindest people I know and this characteristic translates perfectly to her love for animals! Specifically - DOGS! As long as I've known her, I've known that she has compassion and empathy for all the dogs in her life. Not only did she take excellent care of my dog, but she was also trusted by many others in NYC with their pets. I would trust Gabi again and again in the future!
Gabrielle was great to work with. She watched my dogs for 7 whole days. Sent me pictures and kept me updated. My flight was delayed and I wasn’t going to be able to pick my dogs up until 1am. She knew I wanted to see them l, so she worked with me and let me pick them up in the middle of the night! I am very grateful and would certainly book again.
Gabrielle is a kind, loving, and gentle woman and so it’s no surprise that she is a kind, loving, and gentle dog caregiver. Whether it’s a extra tummy rub, one more snuggle, or one more potty break before bedtime, Gabrielle was accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.
