I had a family vacation planned for Osaka for 10 days and although we were super excited about our very 1st trip to Japan, we were more worried about finding a dog sitter for our "Teddy Boy". We've never been away from him for more than a full day, let alone had anybody dog sit for us. When I spoke with Gabrielle her plan was to 1st meet at a near-by dog park to have our dogs interact with each other. To our surprise the dogs got along perfect, but most of all Gabrielle's experience and knowledge about dog sitting and her compassion towards Teddy was very reassuring. It was at that moment I knew that she was the right person for us. From the moment we've landed in Japan, up until we came back home. Gabrielle sent us photos, answered our phone calls, and texted all other pertinent info about how our Teddy was perfectly fine back home in Hawaii. That above everything else made our Japan trip a success. I have plans of other future vacations and I know that our dog will be kept safe and happy with Gabrielle and her Siberian Husky"Nanook". Gabrielle and her family were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive to Maya. She was easy to speak with, communicated regularly, and gave us frequent updates. I was a little worried because Maya is just a puppy and she’s still learning and we didn’t want her to regress from the little training she already had. However, all my worries were for nothing because Gabrielle followed my care requests! Yard mowed, house was puppy proof, and environment friendly. Also, AC was a plus for a husky. I will definitely use Gabrielle’s services again!
