Pet care experience
What I love most about dogs is that they know nothing except love! When you come home after a bad day, your pooch never fails to put a smile on your face by running up you and giving you tons of kisses. Their sole purpose in their life is to make you proud of them! They just want to please you and show you the kind of love they’re capable of, which is why I became a dog sitter: to show them the kind of love and care that I’m capable of, too! I’ve always had pups while I was growing up and currently own a dog now! But my experience doesn’t end there. I’ve been working as a professional dog sitter for some time now, and have earned a lot of great experience in that capacity. I’ve worked with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, and dogs of all stripes and sizes. I love getting to meet new pups and see what makes them the most happy! When taking on a new client, I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet. It’s a great way to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, which is so important to me. Likewise, it gives us the opportunity to chat face-to-face about your pup and your care expectations. No one knows your dog better than you do, so it’s always great to chat with owners in person about what makes their pup tick! Finally, I just love meeting new dogs! I like to get down on their level to show them that I’m a welcome presence here to make friends, and I’m sure we’ll be best buddies in no time at all. I strive to provide excellent customer service to my clients by always being communicative. Whether it’s sending pics throughout the day, or just a simple text letting them know they’re pup is doing well, I know how important it is to remain open with my communication. Likewise, maintaining an open flexible schedule is important to me because I always want to be available to my clients as much as I can. I’ve grown great relationships with past clients to the point where we always give each other Xmas/bday gifts!
Reviews
Gabby always does a good job. She's very reliable. We have used her many times and will continue to do so.
Gabrielle took great care of my cat while we were away and made sure to send lots of updates/photos. Would definitely recommend!
Gabby was wonderful as usual. She loves our pet like her own, and is communicative and reliable.
Gabrielle was great with a large pup!

I assure you that your pups will be in good hands with me! We lost our “Buster” over a year ago and have been unable to get a new dog, so spending time with your pets will ensure extra love and attention will be given!
Information Gabrielle C. would like to know about your pet
Some things I like to learn ahead of time: - Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? - What’s your preferred method of communication? - Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? - Do you have a vet nearby that you trust? - Is your dog spayed/neutered? - Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? - What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? - What’s the best way to spoil your pup?
A typical day
Although I typically like to follow your pup’s daily regimens, I do have a general framework for the day as well. We’ll go for a potty break when we wake before sharing breakfast time together; afterwards, it’s time for a nice walk. I like going in the afternoons when less cars/people are out because most are at work. Those walks would also include some play time at the park! When we return to the house, we’d have cuddle and have play time in the family room while watching animal planet together before dozing off for a mid-afternoon nap. Then, the usual potty break in the backyard (as needed) and share dinner time together. Treats after because there’s always room for dessert! :) I’m 30 years old, so I’m definitely not the type to party or go clubbing anymore. I’m very much a homebody so I like just being cozy inside catching up on Netflix with a canine companion next to me. I’ve recently started going on hikes around my area, and found that it’s calming and great exercise! So naturally if the trails allow dogs, I can bring them with me. Since I have a dog if my own, I prefer to go to “dog friendly” eateries because I love going out for good food and hate the idea of leaving my dog home alone if I don’t have to. Your pup is always welcome to come along on any adventures that we embark on!
