Pet care experience
I have been surrounded by animals all my life. At this point, I'm not sure how I'd live without them! I look forward to every pet I get to meet and play with! I work with disabled children, and have had the privilege to see how much value they have to offer the world, despite their challanges. But they need us grown ups to lead them in the right direction, and take the time to try to help them. I try to employ this patience and empathy with my pet sitting. I believe that every animal, despite their health issues, seperation anxiety, and behavioral problems, has so much value, and deserves as much love, patience, and attention as anyone else. I would love to care for your fur baby as if they were my own! I have alot of experience with dogs and cats, but also more exotic animals like guinea pigs and rabbits!

Gabrielle was amazing! She was incredibly dependable and responsive. My dog absolutely loved her and I came home to a healthy and happy pup. I highly recommend! Will definitely book with Gabrielle in the future.

First, I will usually take them on a nice, long walk if that's something they enjoy. I love getting the exercise in! Then, I bring them back inside and get them some fresh water and a treat. I'll work on making sure all their food and medication is in order and then I will spend some cuddle or play time with them! I'm also a big talker and will probably try to conversate with the pet a bit, lol. I will then send a little update the the owner on how the visit went, what we did, and I'll attach a cute photo.

I would love to know what their favorite things to do are! I also always like to know how they behave around other dogs so I can prevent any possible issues while we're out an about.
A typical day
A big problem for many pets is boredom. It really gets them down, and the last thing I want is an owner to come home to an unhappy pet! So I always try to engage in a variety of activities and give them tons of attention. Cats usually love to be brushed or played with with their toys, and the dogs will often want to take a long walk or just have some quality snuggle time.

I work part-time as a childrens drama teacher in the late afternoons. So I have very open availability. It is easy for me to arrive at a moments notice.
