Pet care experience
Hi there! I just recently moved to North Carolina and I’m looking to continue my animal care business. I miss all of my clients back in New York and I’m hoping I can be of help here. I have been in the animal care business for about 5 years and I have been a veterinarian technician for around 3 years. I can take on any pets that may have special medical needs. I currently work full time at an animal hospital, but for any house sitting jobs your pet is more than welcome to join me at my job so they get the care they need even while I’m at work. I believe in treating all of my clients pets just like my own. That means a lot of cuddles and lots of play time. Other than my job at the hospital my availability is pretty open. We have had some strange/sad/scary experiences with Rover but decided to keep trying.I’m so glad we did. Gabriella was AMAZING. She stayed with our pup the entire time which we have NEVER had a sitter do before! Not even family! She was honest, gave updates without me asking, and responded to my messages very fast! We will 100% be using her again. Traveling is one of our favorite things to do but our dog is our child and a poor sitting experience ruins a whole trip for me. Having Gabriella at our house left me with ZERO anxiety and I was finally able to enjoy a trip! She also left our house spotless and provided me some doggie advice for a belly upset we have been dealing with for months. THANK YOU again and highly recommend!
Gabriella is quite possibly the best dog sitter we have ever used for our senior dog. Her experience with animals is remarkable, and she and our dog have formed a bond. We are thrilled that our dog has thoroughly enjoyed having Gabriella stay with her for 2 weeks, and as pet owners, we are thrilled with Gabriella’s care. We already have Gabriella scheduled to come again.
Gabriella was great to work with, asked great questions before I left my cat in her care, and texted me upon each visit. My cat is easy to care for, but I'd also feel confident leaving any of my special needs fosters in her care should the need arise. I'm confident in her level of expertise and will recommend her to others nearby.
Gabriella is the best sitter and walker I could ask for. She is highly attentive and frequently demonstrates a level of care and analysis that could only come from a genuine love of animals. She's given me so many helpful suggestions, and as a new pet owner, I greatly appreciate the informed advice. She knows her stuff. Don't hesitate, Gabby's the best around!

A typical day
Weather pending I love going on long walks with dogs and even a nice hike with the owners permission. For cats, if they are the playful type I will be sure to stimulate their brains with their favorite toy. For my more lazy cats there will be more than enough cuddles

Availability
I usually work 4 days a week at the animal hospital but even when I’m working they are welcome to come with me so I can keep an eye on them while I work. Providing walks throughout the day and all the blankets they want to snuggle up to.
