We contacted Gabby for a relatively last-minute pet sitting request to allow us to tend to a family situation. She was very responsive and reassuring - I arranged for a dog walk first, which happened perfectly fine. Unfortunately, when it came to the dog sitting itself, I was extremely disappointed. Despite confirming with her the day before, I was confronted with an awkward situation - she did not turn up as agreed. 30 minutes later and still without any communication and I had no choice but to make last-minute changes to our plans to ensure that someone could be at home with our dog. This meant that my husband had to stay at home instead of attending this family event. Later in the morning, I receive a brief message from Gabby with her apologies with my cancelled booking. Luckily, Rover reimbursed me for this, but this pales in comparison to the stress and inconvenience - why go through the trouble of finding someone and arranging for a meetup walk just to be forced into not having the service last-minute? I contacted Gabby as she had many good reviews, but I was left incredibly disappointed.

Chester enjoyed having Gabriella around, even starting to complete walks which was a great achievement.
