Pet care experience
I’ve been in Rover for a year now and have taken care of a variety of different dogs and even cats. I’ve fed, walked, and stayed with dogs of all ages, sizes, and needs. I have also been a nanny for about 4 years, all jobs included pet care as well such as walking, feeding, etc. I also have two dogs of my own who I was the primary caretaker of when living at home. One of my dogs is a puppy we got two years ago and the other we have had for 10 years, and they are both rescues, so I have experience with all kinds of dogs.

Both of my dogs have pretty energetic and unpredictable personalities, so I should be ready to take on any pup that needs care. However, I would like to know the things that your dog enjoys and things that may make them scared or unsettled, and any other information that is particular to them, this way I can ensure they feel safe and comfortable around me.
A typical day
With walks, I like to take the dogs around places that will stimulate them in a positive way. This means exposing them to natural areas where they can explore their surroundings without being exposed to potential negative stimulants. Parks, trails, and areas with lots of greenery provide these types of environments.

Availability
I am a full-time third-year student and after school pre-k teacher. I have classes consistently every week, and have time to fit in caring for some furry friends most mornings, evenings, and afternoons, and especially on the weekends. I am open to walks, drop-ins, and stays if needed. Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions about scheduling or caretaking!
