Pet care experience
I have house sat + pet sat for different animals from young and spunky, to wiser and older, and pets that were preparing to cross over the rainbow. I have sat for young dogs, senior dogs, and senior cats with special needs. I have professional experience in esthetics and art so it comes natural to me to have compassion, love, and care for creatures and humans! I always communicate with owners if ever there are any concerns or questions regarding their fur babe. I also love to take cute pet portraits on our walks of them in their natural states of happiness and send them to the owners so they know their animals are doing amazing and are in good hands, living their best dog or cat life!

Gabriella is loving and affectionate person, and this extends to her care for animals. She tailors her relationship with animals to their own needs. If a pup needs cuddles and calmness, she creates a serene and relaxing atmosphere. If a pup needs excitement and adventure, she takes them on a hike, and lets them roll in the leaves. Gabriella has boarded my dog on multiple occasions. As recuse, she makes him feel safe and loved. She ensures he gets to expend his energy in a positive way, and returns home happy and ready for a nap.
As a Travel nurse, occasionally I've had to plan care for my 3 shi tzu's and energetic Doodle on last minute assignments....that said... I trusted a family member...and regretted it, fortunately my fur kids were ok. I decided to give Rover a try and haven't looked back. I chose Gabriella and had a great meet and greet. Her energy and enthusiasm helped calm my concerns once I saw them interact. My doodle needs a lot of exercise and the shi tzus need to snuggle. Gabriella was wonderful! She spent plenty of time with them and they were happy and not anxious when I returned home. It was a bonus because I had a few packages arriving and raw dog food delivered, that needed to be refrigerated immediately...it was such a convenient AND pawsitive experience!! Thanks Gabriella for the stellar care AND puppy pics and updates. 5 🌟 stars!!

I prefer to care for your pets in your home for overnight stays as your pet is already familiar with its surroundings, scents, and all their usual comforts. I find it more comfortable for the pet especially as most pets will miss their people, naturally! I provide all the snuggles and space they need depending on how the animal is feeling, lots of walks, treats and little adventures so that they are always having a good time. Building a relationship on trust with animals is something that I aim for from the beginning!

A typical day
I love walks personally and little adventures. I used to live in Washington and would often go hiking with friends and would bring the pets I was sitting along for an adventure. Of course with consent of the owners. It gave the dogs an opportunity for new smells and exploration, something I know they really loved and enjoyed. For those more older and wiser fur babes, I would take them on easier strolls around their neighborhoods and create a space of relaxation, peace and comfort. Basically whatever the animal is needing!

Availability
Currently, my availability is most flexible on Saturday evenings through Monday evenings for overnight stays and Thursdays for all day walks and check-ins if needed. The rest of the week I am available in the evenings and can accommodate for walks/check-ins. Just ask!
