Hi Gabriela, Just what to say thank you! We spent the weekend at Diggerland in West Yorkshire for my Grandson’s birthday. So we booked to have our dog (Ocean) looked after for the day. Which, we had done before because Ocean suffers with anxiety separation which causes a lot of stress for her and both myself and my wife. I spoke to Gabriela and explained what Ocean was like and our concerns. I think we had 3/4 telephone conversation about Ocean and one on the day of Oceans stay. I almost cancelled at the last minute because Ocean was suffering with anxiety because we were in a new place, for her. Gabriela (the dog sitter) was amazing and she reassured us fully that Ocean would be fine. When we arrived she met us outside their house and greeted Ocean like a long lost friend, this really did reassured us. Gabriella stayed in touch during the day and send a beautiful pic of Ocean and her beautiful black Labrador enjoying the sun which we intend to have it framed for Ocean lol! If you are looking for a perfect person to look after your perfect pet dog then just book with Gabriela because your dog will be in perfect hands!! Excellent service from Gabriela who looked after our Labrador and also provided home visits for our cat. Fantastic communication throughout and incredibly flexible when we had to change our plans last minute due to COVID. You can tell Gabriela truly loves animals and it was great knowing our pets were in such safe hands. Will definitely use Gabriela again.
