Pet care experience
I have always loved animals, and as a kid I took any opportunity to learn about and care for them. Aside from caring for my neighbor's pets and my family pets, I would also volunteer at the humane society, as well as my local petting zoo! Currently, I care for my sister's 5 year old corgi, while she is out of state and continue to house sit and walk dogs for friends.

I have finally found a pet sitter who will be coming back! Gabriela was so sweet and responsive when I inquired about my dogs. My dogs absolutely loved her and felt comfortable at home. Not only that, Gabriela followed my instructions exactly (even feeding the dogs at their normal times). I can rest easy on my trips knowing that Gabriela is taking care of my precious pups.

I do my best to make sure your pet feels comfortable with me as their temporary care giver. I pay attention to their habits, favorite treats, and favorite toys. I make sure to monitor them when they are outside and I avoid contact with other animals while walking them.

A typical day
Based on the client's schedule or needs, I can take the dogs out for a walk and/or play with them indoors or outdoors with their favorite toys. We can have a lot of fun practicing tricks, playing scavenger hunts for treats, or simply cuddling on the couch. For cats, I will play with them indoors and give them plenty of scratches and cuddles (if they like cuddling).

I work as a freelancer so my schedule is very flexible. I am available to check in on pets, take them on walks, or stay with them over night.
