I am a lifelong dog lover! I love spending time with them and playing with them, but my current lifestyle does not allow me to take on the responsibility of a pet full-time. However, nothing can stop me from giving my love to pups in need of care when their owners are away! By pet sitting, I can enjoy quality time with animals and watch them thrive. It’s always a very fun experience for me! I’ve been around dogs my entire life, and grew up with a wonderful Jack Russell Terrier. I always volunteered to dog sit when the opportunity arose, so I am very happy to have transitioned to professional sitting. My house is very welcoming to new pups! I live with a roommate, who absolutely love dogs. She will be around for cuddles and attention, but I will be solely responsible for caring for your pup. When your pup is under my care, flexibility and attentiveness are the names of my game. For me, care begins even before I start looking after your pooch, as I always like to get as much information as possible so I can start thinking about how to administer top-notch care. For your pup, I’ll be totally devoted to them when they’re with me. I’m happy to meet them at their level, whether that’s high-energy play time and exercise or just cuddling on the couch watching Netflix! My neighborhood is H St Corridor/Capitol Hill in Washington DC. I live in an apartment building (so I do not have a backyard), but I do have a an awesome dog park just a few blocks from my building and easy access to take long walks through the city and along the National Mall. There is plenty to do nearby! I love how busy my area is, with so many dogs and people to make friends with! Your pooch will love being able to spend time outside and run off energy with me.
