I love helping animals! I have had the privilege of raising my beautiful, fluffy Domestic long haired cat for over 10 years. In learning how to love and raise her and discover her specific needs and personality, I developed a passion for wanting to be the best I can to bring out the best in my furry family. I also had a border collie for over seven years, who now resides with my parents. After moving away from my parents’ home, I spent countless days at the animal shelter in hopes of obtaining a new animal companion. I was given the opportunity to foster several dogs through the foster field trips and foster to adopt programs. I have applied this passion for animals and wanting to understand how to best care for and meet the needs of each of my pets from Siouxsie, down to my newest family member Banshee, an energetic loveable Husky-Malamute who has changed my world. Each animal offers a unique experience, and I hope to one day use these skills and experiences in working with animals in my everyday career. I have also put Banshee through various obedience classes, and was successful in obtaining his canine good citizenship. Banshee is a service dog in training who has completed numerous hours of training.
