The most important factor in a dogs happiness is making sure they don't feel like their life has changed too much now that theres a stranger around. I see to it that I take diligent notes on what you do to keep your buddy happy and content. I do my best to apply those factors and observe how they are responding. I then make adjustments accordingly. Some dogs love to play all day and some would rather be left alone.
