Although I never owned a dog or a cat I lived in a neighborhood where I was surrounded by them and I was always asked to take care of the neighbors(pets usually dogs) one of them had three at a time which one of them gave birth to 8 more and they asked me to take care of all of them and I absolutely loved being surrounded by puppies and dogs it was amazing. While I don’t have a license for training dog because of my passion for them I always hung out with professional dog training just to be around dogs and as a conscience I learned a few things about that field how ever walking and feeding a dog doesn’t need a license I think it is important that your dog will spend time with someone who is doing because they like pets rather than someone trying to earn extra money
