For my own dog I typically do a 20 minute walk after breakfast and a 30 minute walk before dinner. I am more than happy to adjust that schedule for your animal if you would like something different.

A typical day
I enjoy exploring new area and trails with my dog. I always have to bring a tennis ball with us but he only plays fetch if I have treats. I'd be happy to play tug or whatever your dogs favorite toy is.

I am typically available anytime throughout the week with the exception of an occasional Sunday and Monday which will be marked on my availability schedule at least a week in advance.
