This was the first time I have used Rover. I was very nervous about leaving a stranger in my home for 9 days. I met with Gabby a couple of times prior and was happy with choosing her. She did a good job with my dogs. My only complaint is that she had her boyfriend stay the night one evening. This was very upsetting to me because he was a stranger in my home. I captured his arrival and time leaving the next day on my Ring camera. There was not much I could do being out of town at the time, and my dogs were in her care. I did contact her and told her I was ok with a visit but he could not stay the night. She did honor my request after that. I also have a Canary video camera which I did inform her of. The camera was in the area where my dogs sleep so I could see them while I was away. This camera did pick up an image of the boyfriend looking in the room and also walking past the room when the door was left opened. Will not use this service again.

Gabby was wonderful and stayed in touch throughout our trip. We came home to a clean house and happy animals! We’ve already booked her again for our next trip.
