Experienced Animal Lover!
Pet care experience
I’ve worked at doggie daycares, veterinary hospitals, pet stores, and as a dog trainer for over five years. While I have more professional experience with dogs, I’ve had cats my whole life! I also have some experience with farm animals including horses, goats and chickens. I own a couple of reptiles and have plenty of fishkeeping experience as well!! As a dog trainer, I helped with potty training as well as basic obedience. I also specialized in dogs that have separation issues. Due to this, I know a lot about animal body language and can easily tell if your fur baby has any difficulties.
Reviews
Gabby was great as always! Consistent communication and my dog really seems to like her
Gabby was very personable. We found her gentle with Apollo and caring. We will be using Gabby for an overnight and feel there’s no issue with trust. We were very comfortable with her.
Cats well cared for. Good communication with Gabby with prompt responses. House in order and left clean. Fulfilled all expectations and then some. She’s coming back in May! 🥳
Gabby did a great job and will definitely use her again.

I will work my hardest to keep your pet on as close to their original schedule as much as possible. If your pet likes sleeping on the bed, I am more than happy sharing the space with them. If they like going on long walks, I will walk them however long as needed! I am very big on keeping animals stimulated, and will do my best to keep them calm and comfortable while you are away. I also will keep the area completely clean and will make sure you come back to your house the way you left it! I also try my hardest to send photos and updates daily.
Information Gabby D. would like to know about your pet
I like knowing how often animals can be left alone, since I tend to have other drop ins or walks throughout the day I may have to leave for a few hours to check up on other pets, so please let me know before a stay if I am needed 24/7 or if I’m able to leave for a few hours at a time :) I would like to know if your pet has a tendency to chew things up, or eat things (poop, trash, pinecones, etc.) so that I may keep a closer eye to ensure their safety. I am very used to dogs with special needs, even things like epilepsy or diabetes. I have gone through several classes with American Red Cross and working with YEAH and UPP on animal CPR and first aid. I like knowing their daily routine, if there’s any toys I need to watch out for, their feeding schedule, any medications, etc. Let me know all of their quirks, places they love being pet, as well as places they love to walk. Any information you give me will help me ensure their stay goes seamless.
A typical day
I am very good with mental stimulation as well as physical stimulation. I’ll always make sure they have something to do, sniff, or play with! When it comes to walks, I like to explore the surrounding area and find little trails and just let them sniff around! Depending on their typical schedule, I will do my best to accommodate their daily needs.

Availability
Pet care is my whole game! I am currently unemployed as I am trying to work my way through school focusing on animal care, so I have an open availability. All of my classes are currently online as well, so you can expect me to be spending a whole lot of time with your baby, no matter what you request!
