Attentive care for your pup!
Pet care experience
Hey dog, let’s hang! I’ve been caring for dogs since I got my first dog at 12 and recently lost my own 13 year old beagle/lab mix , adopted in 2016, to cancer. While I’m not quite ready for another dog of my own, I’m missing having a dog around and would love to hang with yours for a while you’re out for the day or out of town! With a work from home schedule, I am able to adapt my lifestyle to your dog and work with any behaviors and needs the dog may have. I love to walk around my neighborhood and am a big proponent of the sniff-ari - an enriching, mentally stimulating way to stroll!
Reviews
Gabbi was amazing with my dog, Karl! She took better pictures of my dog than I do 🦮🐾 Highly recommend Gabbi!
Gabbi was so communicative and sweet to my dog! My pup was in great hands and went on plenty of walks and had more than enough cuddles. Thank you Gabbi!
Willy has stayed with Gabbi multiple times and he loves being at her home! She gives him so much attention he is definitely spoiled when he’s with her. She’s also very communicative and sends lots of updates. We couldn’t recommend her more.
Gabbi was great! We had last minute needs due to a death in the family and she was a perfect fit for our girl, Biscuit! Despite subzero temperatures, she made Biscuit feel comfortable and stimulated each day. We will definitely use Gabbi again and highly recommend her.

I have a quiet, neat apartment without any other pets that can provide a relaxing, supervised space for your pet. I love to take walks in my neighborhood and, if your dog likes car rides, in various parks and trials around the twin cities! Your dog can count on 4 walks a day with one of the walks being at least 30 minutes in length, unless your dog’s needs call for a less active day. I am careful to take weather and temperature needs into consideration when planning our day together (for instance, a hotter day I may do the longest walk in the morning hours). In case of an emergency, I will take your dog to the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center Emergency Vet, unless you direct me to go to a different emergency vet.

Information Gabbi M. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know the dog’s daily routines, what and when they eat, their exercise needs, preferred inside activities (for instance- do they like bones, toys, and puzzles, or are they a champion napper?) and any behavioral concerns so I can accommodate your dog!
A typical day
A typical weekday consists of a morning walk, working from home, a lunch walk, an afternoon walk and an evening walk. I never get bored of a Cathedral Hill stroll, but am excited to take a dog who enjoys car rides to local lakes and trials.

I work full time 100% from home and am able to take out your dog before work, during lunch, after work, and before bed! In case of tummy troubles, I’m able to be flexible. I spend most work nights at home cooking and ready to snuggle with your pet and turn on a great movie! On weekends, I tend to keep my outings under 4 hours. I’m happy to bring your dog along to any errands I can if car rides and errands work for them!
