Ren was amazing. He responded very quickly when I planning a last minute trip out of town so that made the process very smooth and easy. What I liked most about him is the daily contact. Whether it was to let me know that my dog slept well through the night or a quick snap to show she was enjoying her time there,it all put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and will surely mark him as a favorite.
