Well what can I say - this has been the most positive experience from begining to end. Frank and Jamie are just the absolute best! From the start of contact, we have been assured by visits, time bonding with Millie until the day came to drop her off. We were confident already but who could have known just how well cared for our precious would be? We received several messages and videos while we were away seeing Millie have the time of her life. It was Millie's birthday and the guys even took her to Pets at Home and bought her gifts. I cannot praise or thank Frank and Jamie enough for caring and spoiling Millie so much and for considering us by the fantastic communications while we were away. It seems so little for so much - Frank, Jamie - THANK YOU !!!! PS Millie still missing you.

I cannot recommend Frank and Jamie enough and will definitely be booking Luna In with them again. They took time to build a relationship with both me and Luna. It was obvious from day one that they both have a real love and a nature rapport for dogs. I was impressed by the level of detail and planning that was put in place and the daily ‘pupdates’ meant I was confident my little lady transitioned well was having just as good a holiday as I was. A very personalised and professional service and a very happy doggie. Frank and Jamie are so friendly and I do not hesitate to recommend them to any dog owner looking for a safe and loving family to look after their four legged love ones.
