Pet care experience

I understand a pets behavior and emotions. I realize dogs’ need plenty of recreation too. Training dogs may be future goal, however; I would like to get entry level experience first by walking your dog! I enjoy dog walking and would be happy to let your dog(s) out during your workday, etc. I also like cats and am dependable to make sure that they have food/water while you’re away from home.

About Francis V.

Safety, trust & environment

I am college graduate with a biology degree. My experience in school taught me animal behavior skills; operant conditioning and positive reinforcement concepts. I understand when a dog appears normal in all respects mentally. I believe in seeing dogs rewarded for their good feelings in addition to their good behavior. Obedience training is also something I can provide. Additionally puzzle games provide a great way to reduce anxiety. “Discipline isn’t about showing a dog who’s boss; it’s about taking responsibility for a living creature you have brought into your world” -Cesar Millan

Information Francis V. would like to know about your pet

Dogs with special needs or disabilities pose difficulty for me. I prefer small dogs and anything Important to know about your dog ahead of time. I do not provide food, water, or accessories like puzzle games and leashes. These however can be discussed at meet and greet.

A typical day

As weather, stamina, and intelligence permit—I would love to go on walks with dogs. Fetch and agility activities included in these walks will keep their day of recreation memorable. Updates throughout the day including photos via texts or conversation over the phone are included.
