Francis was great with Yoshi and gave us regular updates on how she was doing. He really understands dogs and really cares for them.

Francis looked after our beloved cockapoo, Lola over the weekend. She had the best time with him : had loads of walks in the woods and in the park, made some new doggy and human friends at his work place. She seemed really happy and relaxed when we picked her up and this was most reassuring for us as she has hardly been away from us over the last few years. Francis kept us updated regularly with pictures and videos of Lola. We cannot recommend him highly enough. A true professional.
