She's the absolute best
Frankie was terrific. . She has a sweet and calming presence and lots of patience! Perfect qualities — -comforting to both myself as an owner and to my dog. She and her boyfriend Eric treated Penny as if she were their own, snuggled with her, cuddled with her, brought her to the park, and sent me picture updates while I was gone. She was communicative and always reassuring me that Penny was OK. Would definitely use Frankie and Eric again!
My miniature poodle, Maya, stayed with Francesca and Eric for 2 weeks. Maya is a little shy and requires extra care. When I picked Maya up she was comfortable, well kept and clearly loved Francesca. I will book for her service again and I recommend her. Thank you for taking such a good care of my Maya.
