Francesca seems like a good professional. Our cat loved her. We were just disappointed as we alerted that our dog is usually stressed around strangers, and paid for an extra walk so she could know the dog before we went on a trip, but she accepted the challenge only to give up while we were already out, uncomfortable with the dog (that was getting more stressed and aggressive) and the fact that she was the only one responsible for the pets while we were out. She was kind enough to deliver the keys to the new sitter who managed the situation. None of this is enough to form an opinion about the quality of the service, so I would only add that, maybe, her services are not for dogs that can be too anxious/stressed as mine is, what is totally fine!
