I offer IN-HOME VISITS ONLY. I love when client leave me instructions and tell me everything about their cat/dogs need. Feeding instruction, need of medications, behavioral issues such as soiling outside the litter box or if they are shy or unsure about strangers. What I do when I get to your house is to make sure your cat is around and let him/her come to me to check me out. I will then start with cleaning the litter box and make sure there are no accident. I am very big on cleaning and keep everything immaculate for your cat so he/she will not be stressed about having the litter box soiled or her food and water dishes dirty. After cleaning I go and proceed with the feeding. If it's a shy cat I will not expect him/her to come out and eat right away. If the cat is social he/she will most likely eat in front of me. After feeding I will sit with your cat/cats and get to know him/her and start a good play session if he/she wants to play or just having a petting session. Usually seniors like to be pet more than playing but a lot of seniors I found still have a good spunk of energy and they love to play and be entertained. Your shy cat will have an extra attention especially on the feeding part I will monitor how much he/she eats. When they are stressed they tent to eat very little. Another part of my visit is to take pictures and update you daily on your cat/dog. I can also bring your mail inside, water plants if needed and take care of other small animals you might have in the house.
