Pet care experience
I love pets of all shapes and sizes! Dogs are my specialty. I have been a dog owner for the past 25 years and have loved every day a bit more with a furry companion! I love hiking and being outside, and love to see a big smile on a dog’s face after a nice long walk, hike, swim, or romp in the dog park! I am particularly good at training and behavioral observation. I pride myself in my abilities to give dog baths and trim nails, even when they don’t like it or are difficult. I enjoy spending all of my time paying attention to pets when I am around them wether it be playing, cuddling, or just staring at each other. Let’s take a walk and have some fun!

This is our second time booking Forest, and he was AMAZING yet again. I trust him completely, and I only want him to watch my dogs from now on. We are so lucky to have found him!
10/10 in every possible category. Not only did he leave the house spotless, but he left a gift and sent many pictures of our pups and their adventures with him. Forest is the best. We will definitely be asking him first from now on!!
Forest is great! We came to Portland for the weekend with our dog Teddy who has been away with us before. This time every time we left the hotel room he would whine and bark. We ended up bringing him to the beach to play with other dogs and for walks through the city but we wanted to go to the movie and get some dinner so I Googled pet sitters in the area and found Rover.com which thankfully led us to Forest. We were so lucky to find such a wonderful, down to Earth dog-lovin’ guy. He came to our hotel room and Teddy liked...loved him instantly! He got right down on the floor with him and even brought his own treats. He kept us informed throughout the evening with great texts and photos and I could tell Teddy was in his glory. I wish he lived in our town because I’d definitely use him again and send all of my friends and family his way! Thanks so much Forest!!!
Forest is basically a dog whisperer. Not only is he great with dogs, but his love for them is evident in all of his interactions with them. Forest has always taken great care of my rescue, Winston. I have a hard time being away from him but I am always at ease knowing he is in great, loving care while under Forest's watch. He always comes back tuckered out from his long walks or play dates with Forest and his pup, Tractor (who is the sweetest love bug I have ever met - and boy is he well behaved, all owing to the patience, love and care from Forest). Forest is reliable and keeps me updated during his time with Winston. I couldn't ask for a better person to care for my fur child!
