I left my dog, June, with Florencio for a week and ended up feeling disappointed. Florencio didn’t offer any updates on June; I had to reach out to him to get any information. This lack of communication was concerning. June destroyed her bed during her stay, which she never does. When I picked her up, Florencio handed her over quickly without any feedback on her stay, making it seem like he was in a rush and didn’t care much. Overall, the experience didn’t meet my expectations for attentive care and communication.
