Florencia was amazing! She was very accommodating and understanding. My pup had the best time. Highly recommended!

Florencia was very sweet. But we had a bad experience with our puppy. Our puppy had a very bloated stomach and diarrhea when she came back to us. We asked Florencia on what might have happened and she casually said that our puppy ate a chocolate cookie from her kid and also had her adult dog’s kibble (when we clearly told that we feed fresh food to our puppy). She said it’s common with dogs but she should have been a little more cautious and knowledgeable that dogs shouldn’t eat chocolate and puppies have lower immune system and can’t just change their diet in one session. We expected a little more care from her, especially because ours is a puppy. Definitely not going back.
