As someone who does not board/leave my dog with sitters often, I was very hesitant to leave my dog Bentley for a weekend away. Florence was very responsive and accommodating and allowed me to call her prior to the visit to discuss concerns and quirks my dog has. Florence was also beyond flexible with the pick-up/drop-off times which helped tremendously. I can honestly say I was very comfortable leaving my dog with Florence, however the only thing I wish I would have received more of were daily updates on how he was doing. I am well aware that I may have higher than normal expectations, however a picture or update on what they had done that day would have been a great bonus. Otherwise, great experience. Bentley slept for 2 days straight when he got home, so he must have enjoyed himself.

Florence was great. She made it very easy for us and our pooch. Would leave our dog with Florence again in a heartbeat.
