Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with all sized dogs and since my beloved adopted cat passed away, I’ve taken care of friends’ pets and volunteered at Marin Humane. So I’m comfortable with both dogs and cats, their care, and their fun time. I’d love to know your pet’s preferences so we can establish the best experience. Unfortunately I am not comfortable yet to accept pets with special needs (e.g. injection medication).

Flora was very attentive to our cat, Peaches, and respectful to our home. Peaches was happy and content when we returned from our 12 day vacation. Would strongly recommend Flora and will definitely call her again in the future.

When booking boarding in my home, you can expect: multiple walks a day with similar indoor fun for cats to burn off their energy; lots of cuddle time on the couch or just peace and quiet if that’s more their speed. All pets can sleep in my bedroom and will be hanging out with me in the house. Please be aware that I have a couple flights of stairs in my house with the first to get from the front door to the main living area.

We’ll take multiple walks a day so they can smell all the new scents and explore their new area. Inside both cats and dogs can enjoy some indoor fetch, playing with their toys, or just relaxing/napping on the couch.
