Pet care experience
Hi there! While I don't have a pet (yet!!), I spend a lot of time around my family and friends animals. I'm used to animals of all sizes; my brother Burmese mountain dog who I often look after, he's a 50kg+ puppy! In the past, I have volunteered at an animal shelter for over a year. Also, I have good reviews on Trusted Housesitters which I used when I first moved to London in 2022. I was lucky to stay in a number of great locations with lovely animals. I'm now based in Islington and work in the area also. I have a flexible schedule so I can most likely adapt to suit your schedule. If you'd like to know more, let's jump on a call and chat. We feel very lucky that we found Fiona through Rover. Kumo is still small (but big as she’s a Standard Poodle!) at 9 weeks old. Fiona did a great job keeping an eye on her for an hour and sent some great photos. Highly recommended!

I live in a house with a 100% fenced off small patio at the back of the house. The house and area are good for pets however, I rent so cannot own a pet here.

I'm used to all sorts of dogs, my main questions would be -how are they with other dogs? -how are they on the lead -What commands are they familiar with -whats their normal routine -emergency contact information
A typical day
I appreciate all animals are different so do adapt to their needs. Ideally, I would include the dog in my activities so going for walks and meeting friends, potentially working from a cafe. With a dog, walks in parks are longer and if they have good recall, I'm happy to bring a ball to play with.
