I am new to Rover, but have been caring for dogs for over 15 years. I have cared for my own dogs as well as fostered puppies for a local rescue organization, so have basic training on safety and behavioral issues. I have a calm energy that dogs appreciate, and good boundaries that help dogs feels safe and secure. I work from home so your dog will have plenty of human interaction and potty breaks. My own dog, Annae is great with most other dogs, and will enjoy having a playmate if your dog is up for that.

Finn- Treating my dog with love and made her comfortable while I was away for work. I received daily updates and pictures of her while in their home. Also, the complete process from drop off and pick up was made simple down to a pre-scheduling meetup that allowed for trust to be built be them and dog. I highly recommend Finn and am happy that I made the choice to use them to care for Daisy.
Finn was kind and great with Rufus. I would highly recommend him if you need help with your dog.
Finn is an amazing and responsible dog owner and sitter. He knows how to read dogs, how to keep them entertained, and how to lead them on walks whether around town or through the woods. He is very attentive and ensures that his pups needs are fulfilled. His house is calm and quit, clean and well kept, a very serene atmosphere for just about any dog!

Your dog will be with me most of the day unless I have to go out for an errand. I have one dog at home, who is pretty chill and will keep your dog company and offer to play if the chemistry is right. I do not provide a crate, so if your dog requires one, you will need to provide. Dogs sleep downstairs in the common areas. Humans sleep upstairs in their own rooms.

My dog is a spayed female, she would do best with other spayed and neutered males. I would consider unspayed/unneutered puppies or older dogs if it were a good fit.
A typical day
Dogs seem to like walking through my neighborhood, sniffing all the city smells. Midday I can provide kibble dispensing treats for mental stimulation, and games/tug/physical touch time throughout the day. For higher energy dogs that are good off leash, we may be able to visit dog parks or beaches, depending on your pet.

I work from home. My usual routine is to feed the dogs at 6am and 6pm. I typically do 15-minute walks around 6:30am, 12pm, and 5pm. If you prefer, I can take your dog for another quick pee right before bedtime. On weekends I take the dogs for 20-30 minute walks or visit an off-leash area for more extended exercise.
