Hello! Myself and Alice have had family dogs throughout our childhood. As myself and all my siblings no longer live at home I have not had a dog in a few years but I have looked after both large golden labs to small lurcher-cross's and jack Russels. Alice still has a family dog back home in Ireland. We have been recently looking after a mixture of dogs from a large alaskan malamute to a small border terrier- we love the variety and different personalities!

Finli has looked after my Staffy and my Doberman a good few times over the last year, both at her house and at mine. The boys love their visits and I trust Finli to take good care of them each time. She is reliable and always lets me know in advance if she is not going to be available which makes my planning easier! Couldn’t recommend someone enough!

There is space in our flat for a crate should you use one, we do not have a private garden but there is grass area just outside and can keep your dog on a lead whilst on toilet trips if required. We are more than happy for all dogs to use our furniture if that does not compromise your at home training. We do live on the first floor so there is a short flight of stairs and there is laminate throughout the flat. We have a bath so are able to offer bath services if needed.

To know how they are with stairs, we live in a flat but have a small downstairs area, so all we need to know mostly is if they are ok with stairs. And then all the basic things- medications, likes and dislikes, how they are with others dogs etc!
A typical day
We live right next to a large park and by the river and canal so these are great walking routes. We also love a little lunch and coffee break, so if they are allowed, puppacinos are on us!

Availability
I currently work permanent nights and usually only 2-3 nights a week, my schedule does vary week on week but being on nights means I am available during the day all week. Alice goes to the office 2 times a week but the rest of the time works at home. Over the weekends we do go to rowing training (but if your dog would like an adventure in a safety launch that can be arranged!) in the morning but are mostly available every weekend afternoon.
