Fernando and Jaz started walking my dog Rockie in February 2024. When they first came to meet us I was very impressed with how professional and organized they were. Fernando and Jaz were the first and only dog walker I met in person and knew right away they were the perfect match for us. Rockie can sometimes be a little shy around people he does not know but he took to Jaz right away. Jaz was very flexible with us and she even took the time to take him to the vet for me when I could not. She was always here in the time frame l asked her to come walk him and always left a little note for me after their walk. I highly recommend Jaz and Fernando to any family looking for an excellent and caring dog walker. Jaz really goes above and beyond and truly cares for all the dogs she walks. I was really open to using this app and having Jazmin take care of my puppy. She presented as educated and capable but when I reviewed my cameras of how she cared for my puppy, I saw her laying on my couch nearly the entire time. I watched her walk away from my puppy while on the couch, and my puppy fell of the couch not once, but twice. On the second day, I saw her do her makeup for 30 mins when she first got there and mostly ignoring my dog. I am absolutely shocked by the incongruence between the care she said she’d offer and the care she did offer. If you’re not going to be a loving and caring pet sitter, then there’s no point in offering your time. I was deeply hurt that I trusted her with my new puppy and to see such poor care. I paid $120 for very low quality care.
