Pet care experience
I volunteered at an animal shelter and took care of friend’s dogs for about three years before moving from Oxnard to Davis. In Davis, I worked with sheep, at a dog boarding facility, and for a local pet sitting company. Now, I have returned to Oxnard and would love to continue my work with animals.

I use to volunteer with Fernando at our local animal shelter in ventura County. Fernando was very knowledgeable about walking, taking care and training dogs. He would help me understand more or different ways how to properly walk a walk (ex. How to reduce pulling).
I am the assistant manager at Ashley's Pawsome Pet Sitting in Davis, California. Fernando worked for us for a couple of months earlier this year, prior to moving away. While our time with Fernando was very brief, our clients and the animals he cared for seemed to really enjoy him. I think he would make a great sitter for Rover.

A typical day
A typical day includes a nice long walk, some play and pets, and feeding/water afterwards. Of course, every client is different and I am flexible when it comes to requests.
