Pet care experience
I have ample experience caring for dogs & cats, and I love animals of all kinds. I grew up with two Miniature Schnauzers and a Lab/Hound Mix that are full of energy, and I currently have two kittens who are the cuddliest, sweetest boys. Before I had pets, I fostered for Best Friends NY, and I also helped provide dog-assisted therapy to children, so I am familiar with both high-energy breeds, and calmer service animals. I also have experience administering medication. I only care for one pet at a time so rest assured that your baby will be treated, cuddled and cared for just as if it were my own.

Teddy had a great stay at Fernanda’s place! We received regular uodates and pictures from her. She took him for nice long walks, gave him food and water on time. Our baby was well taken care of! We would be delighted to use her services again! Thank you Fernanda!
Fernanda was awesome when she watched my dog, Lincoln. She updated me on how he was doing and what activities they had been doing the whole stay. She was great and I would definitely use her sitting services again!

I prefer to care for pets at your home, since I have two (very sweet and accepting) kittens of my own. I can provide as walks as needed, but I do require that your pup is leash-trained and well-behaved during walks.

I would like to know what your pet’s day-to-day at home looks like, as well as how they get along with other people and other pets (do they/you allow petting when on walks? Dog parks okay?, etc.), what their exercise requirements are, whether they are comfortable/manageable on the leash, and their feeding and potty schedules, as well as any meds or treatments they’re on.
A typical day
Walks in the park are a given for pups! Visits to nearby dog parks can be arranged as long as your dog is comfortable in that environment. Petting and cuddles are unlimited if your pet allows, and I always have treats at hand!
